    • Failure to contact us within this period will be considered as successful download and installation, making you ineligible for a refund.
  3. Major Defects:
    • All products undergo thorough testing before release. However, if unexpected errors occur, they must be reported to our Technical Support Team for evaluation.
    • We reserve the right to correct any defects within 72 hours of the initial complaint.
    • If we fail to resolve the issue within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued, or the customer may opt for a replacement of equal or similar value.
    • Our technicians may require temporary access to your server to diagnose and fix the issue. Failure to provide access may delay resolution or disqualify the refund request.
  4. Product Not as Described:
    • If the product differs from its description on our website, you must report the issue to our Technical Support Department within 30 days of purchase.
    • Sufficient evidence must be provided to substantiate the claim.
